By accessing or using SenseDNA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use SenseDNA. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

Your continued use of SenseDNA after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

SenseDNA is an emotional DNA quiz platform that provides AI-powered emotional profiling and self-discovery tools. The service includes:

• A comprehensive psychological quiz (up to 625 questions; 20 questions for free users, 60 for premium users)
• AI-based emotional profile analysis across 7 emotional dimensions
• Classification into 23 unique emotional types
• Mood journal for tracking emotional states
• AI coaching and personalized insights
• Personality comparison with 793 famous figures
• Friend comparison features
• Service available in 6 languages (English, Azerbaijani, Turkish, Russian, Arabic, Chinese)

To access SenseDNA, you must create an account using a valid email address. Account registration is completed through OTP (one-time password) email verification.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Each individual may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.

Sharing your account credentials with others is not permitted. Your account is personal and non-transferable.

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any time is grounds for account termination.

SenseDNA offers both free and premium subscription plans:

Free Plan:

• 20-question quiz with 3 emotional dimensions
• Limited AI coaching (daily limit applies)
• 1 mood journal entry per day
• 1 friend comparison per month
• 1 celebrity comparison per month

Premium Plan:

• 60-question quiz with all 7 emotional dimensions unlocked
• Daily AI coaching with personalized insights
• Weekly emotional insight reports
• 3 mood journal entries per day
• Unlimited friend and celebrity comparisons
• Profile refresh and re-analysis capability

Pricing varies by region and is displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.

All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. ELNAMA LLC does not store your credit card or payment information directly.

Premium subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Prices may be updated from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days notice of any price changes. The new price will apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

Applicable taxes are determined based on your region and will be added to the subscription price as required by law.

All subscription fees are charged in US Dollars (USD).

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time through Settings > Manage Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you will retain premium access until then.

Full refunds are available within the first 3 days of your initial subscription purchase. To request a refund, contact [email protected] within this period.

After the 3-day grace period, no refunds will be issued for the current or any prior billing periods.

If a refund is processed, your premium features will be deactivated immediately upon refund completion.

When using SenseDNA, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, its servers, or any related systems (including API scraping or reverse engineering)
• Harass, deceive, or send unsolicited messages to other users
• Create fake or fraudulent accounts or impersonate another person
• Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls
• Attempt to compromise the security, integrity, or availability of the service
• Use quiz results as a substitute for medical diagnosis, psychological evaluation, or psychiatric assessment

The SenseDNA platform, including its algorithms, user interface, design, quiz content, emotional type descriptions, dimension frameworks, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by ELNAMA LLC and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Quiz questions, emotional type descriptions, and AI-generated profile content are proprietary and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

You may share your personal quiz results using the built-in share functionality provided within the platform.

Content you create within the mood journal remains your property. By using the service, you grant ELNAMA LLC a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You may not use the platform, its data, or its design to create a competing product or service.

SenseDNA uses artificial intelligence to analyze your quiz responses and generate emotional profiles, coaching insights, and recommendations. You acknowledge and agree that:

• All AI-generated results are intended for entertainment and self-discovery purposes only
• Results do not constitute a medical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnosis of any kind
• AI coaching and insights are not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or medical treatment
• Emotional type classifications are based on algorithmic analysis informed by research, but they are not definitive or absolute
• AI coaching provides general guidance and suggestions, not professional advice
• You should not make critical life decisions based solely on AI-generated results from this platform

ELNAMA LLC provides SenseDNA on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any emotional profiles, type classifications, or AI-generated content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ELNAMA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of SenseDNA shall not exceed the amount you have paid to ELNAMA LLC in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Delete Account. Account deletion follows a 30-day soft-delete period during which you may restore your account.

After the 30-day period, all your data, including quiz responses, emotional profiles, journal entries, and account information, will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.

ELNAMA LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You will receive an email notification if your account is suspended or terminated for a Terms violation.

Banned users may not create new accounts. Circumventing a ban is a further violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting us at [email protected]. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve the matter within 30 days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against ELNAMA LLC.

ELNAMA LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email or through a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of SenseDNA following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the service.
